The series products have passed industrial and vehical specification level reliability test as well,including Silicon carbide (SIC) Schottky diodes with full current , voltage levels and silicon carbide (SIC) MOSFET which can also reach the international advanced level. Meanwhile, those products are used in solar inverter power supply area, new energy electric vehicles, charging piles, smart grid, high frequency welding, rail transit, industrial control special power supply, national defense and military industry, etc.Because of the high-speed switch and low on resistance, it can show excellent electrical characteristics even under high temperature conditions,  reduce the switching loss to make the chips smaller and lighter. It can increase the range of electric vehicles by 10% and reduce the weight of the vehicle by about 5% to fulfil the safe and stable operation in the high temperature environment of the charging pile.

Especially  we have an industry-leading R&D team in high and low voltage optocoupler semiconductor technology.  We are one of the pioneer in designing and developing 28nm photosensitive grating switch PVG chip technology in China, and putting into mass-produced sucessfully to use in 60V, 400V, 600V high and low voltage, low internal resistance, low capacitance photoelectric coupling relay chip, and covering 1500kVrms SOP ultra-small package and 3750kVrms isolational &enhanced conventional SMD, DIP and other different packages, single-channel, dual-channel, hybrid dual-channel, normal openned and normal closed circuit products, including 200V SOI MOS/LIGBT integrated chip, 100V CMOS/LDMOS integrated chip, 8bit and 32bit single-chip microcomputers, etc. Those products have also been certified as new products by the market,research institutes and testing institutions.

We have those engineers who possess a master's degree or above in our R&D team, and there are many PhDs who preside over the development of the project at the same time.
